Expansion
In FY20, Monash IVF Group laid further foundations for international expansion across the South East Asian (SEA) region.
The Asian expansion model focuses on key strategic elements Monash IVF Group brings to its clinics and partners within the region, including scientific and clinical capability, training and development programs, brand strength and recognition, and industry leadership.
During FY20, the Group acquired a clinic in Johor Bahru, Malaysia to address both the domestic Malaysian and Singapore markets. This added a bench of highly experienced clinicians and scientists in both Singapore and Malaysia.
